Mid-winter greetings from the Antarctic greenhouse

While in the Antarctic summer up to 50 people live and work at the Neumayer Station III of the Alfred Wegener Institute, it is barely unoccupied in winter. Then there is only the cook, three engineers, a doctor and four scientists on site. They form the so-called wintering team.
