24 hectares for Russia's largest retailer

After the construction of the 40 hectare project including cultivation area for Magnit, Tander returned to Certhon for the next phase: 24 hectares of greenhouse construction, with a further three hectares of cultivation.

Certhon is responsible for the entire project: In addition to the construction of the greenhouse, all technical installations are also designed and installed by Certhon. This provides Tander a high-tech integrated greenhouse, fully in line with the ROI-key strategy of Certhon.

The new 24-hectare greenhouse from Tander will be fully utilized for the cultivation of tomatoes, just like the three hectare cultivation section. Construction of the project started in March 2018 and is expected to be completed by the end of 2018.
