TEM-010 extracts tomato seed
After manual dosing into a hopper the tomatoes enter the first of two perforated baskets. Here the seeds will be separated from the big fruit parts. The seeds and the juice will fall through the perforations into the second perforated basket. There the seeds are separated from the juice (and water) and by the soft blades more fruit parts will be removed.
The seeds with some remaining fruit pulp will leave via the second outlet at the front of the machine.
The TEM-010 is easily accessible and to prevent seed contamination between batches there is a quick cleaning cycle through the built-in water nozzle system.
