Through a business relationships with Scotts, Sungrow, and many other industry leaders FibreDust has been able to reach millions of retail customers each year. “Professional growers also employ our coco coir," added Ahilan. “From leading ornamental growers to large scale vegetable growers, our coir can be found all over the industry. Smaller greenhouse growers and nursery’s make up the third portion of our sales.” Ahilan credits their production process, quality, production capacity and customer service with aiding their growth.

“Coir is a simple, natural product,” said Ahilan. “The issue is what you do to get consistent quality. For that, quality control is essential, hence quality control measures from the collection process all the way through the entire production process. Next to this we also have agronomists, both in the field and in the production factories, who research various combinations of coir to suit different growing conditions. That includes developing products specifically suited for new and emerging markets.”
