Russia: 60 ha high-tech greenhouse to be built in Voronezh
The high-tech vegetable greenhouse complex of 60 ha will appear in the Bobrovsky area in 2017.
The construction activities will start this year. The project will be carried out in three stages. At present, preliminary documentation is completed, design estimates are underway. A draft loan of 4.7bn RUB (78 million USD) is approved for project implementation.
The facility will produce more than 37 k t of vegetables per annum, based on a smart supplementary lighting system.
The enterprise should offer 900 new employment opportunities.
