US (AZ): Reminder - CEAC seminar on the problem of food waste and potential solutions

This is a reminder that the next speakers in the CEAC seminar series, Dr. Patricia Sparks, and Victoria Ligon, both from the University of Arizona College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, will be here Friday, November 20th to speak about the problem of food waste and potential solutions.
 
Join them at 4:00 pm at the Controlled Environment Agriculture Center, 1951 E. Roger Road. Parking is plentiful and light refreshments will be served.
