EU: Vine cherry Belido, Kardia rootstock and peppers at open day Syngenta
Focus on a particular vine cherry
This year, Syngenta introduced a new vine cherry in Belgium, which is an improvement of the current range through more resistance, combined with superior taste and production. "We call the tomato Belido. Expectations are high because Belido has many advantages and can offer a lot to the market," explains the company.
Kardia
Besides the tomato varieties, visitors can take a peek at the new rootstock Kardia. With its uniformity and strong vigor, this rootstock has already achieved very good results.
During the open day on June 3, Syngenta will present the fruits of pepper varieties, so they can be judged on quality and taste. The organic, sustainable crop protection will be discussed. "Our integrated crop solutions provide optimum cultivation and a safe and healthy product for consumers. We can give you more information during your visit. In short, visit our demonstration greenhouse! You will find information on revenue maximization and differentiation in taste, shape and color. We offer the opportunity to share ideas, questions and experiences. We'd love to meet you on Wednesday, June 3rd!"
