In memoriam: Pawel Bonarek of Cultilene

With great sadness we announce the death of Pawel Bonarek - wonderful colleague and employee of Saint-Gobain Cultilene. Pawel passed away on September 4th 2014 at the age of sixty.

Pawel Bonarek was a graduate of the Faculty of Horticulture at the Agricultural University in Warsaw. After his graduation he started working at Mysiadlo Horticultural Farm near the Polish capital. In the late eighties he got a practical training for one year at Pierson in Cromwell USA. Consequently he worked as an independent trader and joined Hortpol Polish Horticultural Chamber in 1998 as a director. Since 2008, Pawel Bonarek has worked at Saint-Gobain Cultilene as an Account Manager for the Polish market and the Eastern European countries.

He was an excellent, well-known and respected professional in the greenhouse industry. We and our customers will remember him from the meetings at customers' farms, seminars, conferences and horticultural fairs.

Pawel will be in our hearts as a very cheerful, hardworking and friendly man, being very well liked by everyone who worked with him. He had an excellent relationship with growers, for whom he was supportive with his knowledge, energy and motivation. We will miss him badly.

Pawel, rest in peace.
