Netherlands: International training by WUR and Lentiz

Wageningen UR and Lentiz education are regularly invited abroad to contribute to the augmentation of local knowledge in the field of horticulture. This often entails both academic and practical knowledge, and regularly calls for more hands-on training. At this time, there is no ready-made course available that quickly and accurately answers to these needs. Wageningen UR and Lentiz will work together to develop an international "Protected Horticulture course" by developing a coherent package of training courses and training of various academic levels.

Lasting international cooperation

Both parties recently signed a letter of intent. In the coming years, it’s the intention of both participants to make international horticulture education and international courses into a lasting partnership. The cooperation focuses on the joint development of knowledge and skills modules as well as the joint market approach.
