CENN, with financial support from the Swiss organization HEKS-EPER, promotes the capacity building of local farmers to integrate climate-resilient agriculture. For this purpose, a field day was held in the Maradisi village of Marneuli municipality.
At the field day, the participants received information about the greenhouse structure, irrigation systems, and other issues that need to be considered during seedling production and transplanting.
The field day was held within the framework of the "Resilient Agriculture PRAISE Marneuli" project. This framework is implemented by CENN with the financial support of HEKS/EPER, in cooperation with Cartlis.
The project's overall objective is to support income generation opportunities for vulnerable populations in the Marneuli municipality through developing and promoting environmentally friendly and climate-resilient agricultural (CRA) practices.
