The smart greenhouse of the Sino-French Scientific and Technical Agricultural Park, located in Nanchun City, Sichuan Province, Southwest China.
Currently, over 40,000 cherry tomato plants have been planted in Nanchun's smart greenhouse, grown from Dutch seeds. Over 2 tons of produce are harvested daily from the greenhouse.
This smart greenhouse is the first semi-closed smart greenhouse for year-round vegetable cultivation in Southwest China. It combines the most advanced environmental control technologies and can regulate temperature, humidity, lighting, and carbon dioxide concentration indoors. The efficiency of vegetable production in the smart greenhouse is 15–20 times higher than in conventional ones.
