WORK EXPERIENCE
- Hydroponic Tomato and bell pepper growing in a tropical country
- Extensive agricultural, horticultural & forestry management experience.
- Technical agronomy knowledge.
- Project management / Project establishment experience on greenhouse builds
- Financial oversight on farm performance ..
- Operations management; staff co-ordination and allocation
- Management of supervisors across three farm locations
- Management of irrigators
- Management of different crews
- Crop forecasting & liaising with marketing manager
- Supervision, scheduling and monitoring of greenhouse maintenance
- Organisation of maintenance team
Personal Data:
Preferably in early 30s to late 40s
Willing to work in the Philippines
Must be adaptable to new environment
Innovative and willing to experiment
Precise and scientific in methodology
Can work and manage farm hands that are not as educated
Can build a cooperative team despite the cultural differences
Preferably have no school-aged children (hard to find good school near the farms)
3 Farms, located in Benguet (Mountain Province) , Tagaytay (Cavite) and Batangas City
Approximate compensation package: USD 6000-8000/month
