"Construction of the Royal Berry residential park begins"

After years of planning, negotiation, designing, and dreaming, construction has finally begun on a residential park for Royal Berry employees, with the first piles now in place. The first building is expected to be completed by March 2026. Once finished, the residential park will accommodate 400 employees in 200 apartments.
