With a new farm dedicated to growing blackberries and raspberries, Yoda needed an irrigation solution that could deliver efficiency, precision, and long-term reliability. Having previously worked with Powerplants, the decision to install a Nutrijet 600 system with Priva Compact CC control was an easy one.

But the road to commissioning wasn't without its challenges.

Delivery delays meant the system arrived three months later than planned, pushing well past the ideal planting window in early November. On top of that, the site lacked full power access, requiring the operation to run on generators. "When the delay happened, I spoke to Alastair, and he quickly organized a temporary Lowara pump setup," said Yoda. "It kept things going for three months while we waited. Powerplants really stepped in to help."

Now fully commissioned, the system is running smoothly, offering granular control over irrigation and fertigation. "It's been great. The system's economical, and we can monitor everything—water, fertilizer, you name it. It's already saving us money."
