Webinar looks at non-destructive techniques to aid the quality of fruit and vegetables

Traditional quality measurements, such as total soluble solids, titratable acidity, and consumer panels are subjective, time-consuming, and destructive methods. To obtain objective and fast insight into product quality there is a need for non-destructive techniques, such as image analyses and sensory technology. By combining new techniques with traditional methodologies such as consumer panels, predictive tools for product quality can be developed.

The webinar will take place March 5, 2025, at 11:00 am EST / 8:00 am PST.

Speaker: Dr. Eva Ketel, Scientific Researcher, Product Quality, Wageningen University & Research in The Netherlands
