Dutch horticultural supplier GA Horticulture was declared bankrupt on 30 July. The trustee's first bankruptcy report shows that the bankruptcy over the greenhouse technology company was declared at the request of a supplier of steel pipes, with support from another party also waiting for funds.
The company, based in 's-Gravenzande, was founded in December 2017. Last November, a transfer of shares took place, from the sole shareholder to another person, who became a director. This spring, a second director joined.
The administrator writes in the report that it has not yet been possible to get in touch with the new directors. The editors also did not yet succeed in doing so. We quote from the trustee's report: "The trustee's impression is that, after a new director took office in November 2023, little or no obligations have been met by the company."
On additional questions, the curator did not want to answer at this time.
In any case, the trustee is aware of claims from the tax authorities and five unsecured creditors. Together, the five unsecured creditors have passed on an amount of over 170 thousand euros.
On 30 July, bankruptcy was declared on GA Horticulture. Mr R.P. de Bruin of Alphen aan den Rijn was appointed trustee. The bankruptcy was registered under reference: 09.dha.24.286.F.1300.1.24.
