Despite experiencing a 6% drop in exports, Peru exported more than 5,000 tons of strawberries in October

In October, Peruvian strawberry exports decreased by 6% over the same month last year and totaled 5,077 tons.

Peru sent its strawberries to 11 countries, and the main destinations were the United States (with a 41% share) and Canada (with a 27% share).

The main exporting companies were Mebol SAC, with a 26% share, and Del Ande Alimentos SAC, with a 19% share. The strawberries were purchased by a total of 35 buyers.
