Growers look back on Westland flood of 25 years ago

It was exactly twenty-five years ago that large parts of Delfland, including in Westland and Midden-Delfland, were completely flooded by heavy rainfall. Growers saw their crops drowned, and roads were impassable. How do we prevent this from happening again? Rodi asked grower Rinus Noordam, among others, this question.
