Pierre Bell from FlexiBell Systems and local team visited Guoshun Group

On April 10, 2023, accompanied by Hewu Lv, the Secretary of the Party Branch of Guoshun Group, Baoyin Lu and Jun Zhang, the Vice general manager of Guoshun Group, Pierre Bell, the founder of FlexiBell Systems B.V. and the local team with Lily Gu, the Operations Director, Lianhai Yu, the Technical Director, Dazheng Li, the Marketing Manager and Yunfei Jin, the Project Manager visited Guoshun Group for mutual communication.

Mr. Pierre Bell and the team visited the Guoshun "zero-carbon demonstration park for integrated development of the primary, secondary and tertiary industry," the green assembled office building and the three-dimensional control center, etc. Both companies conducted in-depth communication on the cooperation about horticulture equipment manufacturing technology.

During the in-depth communication, Mr. Pierre Bell highly admired that Flexibell Systems B.V. provided the design and equipment supply in this cooperation, and also thanked Guoshun Group for being able to realize the new demonstration and new exploration of an 18-meter height factory roof greenhouse for the first time in China with the Dutch technology, and wished that both parties can reach more in-depth cooperation in agriculture.

Among the 20,000m2 sky farm built on the third floor of the smart factory is designed and equipment supplied by Flexibell Systems B.V., which is an exploration of the balance of industrial and agricultural land occupation and compensation indicators and contributes to carbon peak and carbon neutral. The heat and CO2 produced by industrial production can be efficiently utilized in the sky farm, which also increases the dual-use efficiency of the land. The sky farm is built at an elevation of 18 meters on the roof of the joint factory building. The sky farm is a Venlo structural glass greenhouse with a dimension is 13,440㎡, built by Flexibell systems B.V. The ridge of the greenhouse is 7 meters high, and the total height is 8 meters.

The Sky Farm was designed as the tomatoes growing greenhouse. The greenhouse is equipped with a roof ventilation system, horizontal screening system, horizontal energy saving system, vertical energy saving system, growing gutter system, growing pipe and tube rail heating system, climate computer system and irrigation system, high-pressure fogging system, roofwasher system, etc. have realized fully automated growing and operation. The logistics adopts the AGV tractor system and works with the industrial elevators to realize automated logistics.
