Courchesne Larose Group acquires transportation company

Dynapro Transport, a Courchesne Larose Group company specializing in the transport of fruits, vegetables, and dry goods, is proud to announce the acquisition of Quebec-based Transport TEB, a key player in the delivery of fresh produce over short distances. The complementary nature of the two companies’ truck fleets will ensure a complete and diversified service offering for a clientele that includes food chains, market gardeners, and processors.

Dynapro Transport has been providing quality service to numerous distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in the food sector in Quebec and Eastern Ontario for the past 20 years while respecting the industry’s strictest sanitation standards. The company specializes in the delivery of large quantities of products with, among others, 53-foot trailers, while the Transport TEB fleet is composed mainly of straight trucks that offer greater flexibility in urban centers and are capable of serving smaller customers.

“We are very excited to welcome the Transport TEB team to Dynapro Transport. Both companies have specialized for many years in the transportation of fruits and vegetables and dry goods and share common values of excellence and customer focus. This merger will make us an even more efficient company thanks to the combined expertise of our employees,” said Denis Pageau, President of Dynapro Transport.

Founded in 1996, Transport TEB has developed a large network of privileged professional relationships over the years to ensure a reliable, fast, and safe delivery service. In addition to offering great flexibility in the collection of goods, especially in restricted areas such as Montreal-Trudeau International Airport, Transport TEB meets applicable hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP) standards. Transport TEB’s operations will be integrated into Dynapro Transport, and all jobs will be maintained.

“New growth opportunities are opening up for our employees at Dynapro Transport. Our promise to move goods as efficiently as possible in as little time as possible remains. We are confident that with Dynapro Transport, a partner with whom we have been working for many years, our high-quality services will be further enhanced,” said Eric Brousseau, President of Transport TEB.
