All year round, the population of the Republic of Tatarstan can receive fresh vegetables thanks to the greenhouse complex “Maysky.” And today, even in conditions of increased demand for food, you should not worry — one of the largest producers of greenhouse vegetables is only increasing the volume of products, and eco-friendly. Tomatoes and cucumbers of different varieties, strawberries and blueberries, peppers, and eggplants — all these seasonal products arrive daily on store shelves.
The Maysky Greenhouse Plant is a unique greenhouse plant in Russia, where 45 thousand tons of fresh vegetables are produced per year on an area of 38 hectares! TC “Maysky” is one of the leaders in the yield of vegetables in protected soil. A total of 144 kg of cucumbers were received in the shopping mall “Maysky” from 1 square meter, and 113 kg of tomatoes from 1 square meter, which correspond to the level of yield among the leading European producers. Fifteen years ago, the yield was 5 times lower compared to current indicators. The maximum yield for cucumbers is 210 kg per 1 square meter.
The range of products produced in May corresponds to an extensive European line. Cucumbers are the hit and pride of the company. Both long- and medium-fruited gherkins are grown here.
