Starting this year, vegetable growers in the Krasnoyarsk territory can count on additional support from the state. The support is mainly aimed at small agribusiness.
Agrarian businesses will receive the subsidies for elite seed production, fertilizers, the purchase of agricultural machinery, including small-sized equipment, for agricultural technological work, and protection products, as well as an increase in the production of potatoes and vegetables in the open field. Greenhouses and hotbeds using additional lighting technology will also be able to apply for the subsidies.
In addition to federal measures, directions are provided for in the regional law on state support for the agro-industrial complex, which came into force on January 1. The directions relating to the implementation of investment projects for the creation and modernization of storage facilities for potatoes and vegetables, as well as greenhouse complexes.
In 2022, the Dary Malinovki agricultural enterprise put a potato storage facility into operation that will ensure the acceptance of 1,100 tons of seed potatoes and an irrigation system that will cover about 326 hectares of crops.
