Victor Edalia is a farmer growing various greens and crops in the Kibera Slums, a neighborhood in Nairobi, Kenya.
He makes use of hydroponic gutters stacked vertically that are growing lettuce. With the thought in mind that nobody actually knows what's in their veggies, except for sewage water, Victor was set to change the environment and started introducing circular gardening. Soon, he received a lot of attention from Human Needs Project, among others, by whom he's now officially identified.
