Mondipal, in close cooperation with Inka Pallets from England, is introducing a new type of fruit crate to the Dutch market. It was specially developed for the soft fruit sector and has several improvements compared with other crates currently available.
This soft fruit crate measures 600x400x123 mm, with no less than a 50% nesting value. That is unique compared to other traditional fruit crates and offers excellent space savings in transportation. In this crate, Mondipal also considered airflow optimization possibilities. Its walls and base are entirely perforated, so this soft fruit crate has the best airflow in its class. That ensures optimal cooling of your strawberries, raspberries, and other berries. These products, thus, stay fresh longer than in other crates.
They also looked to improve the crate's handiness. That has resulted in a crate that is lightweight and comfortable to handle. Despite weighing only 1.15 kg, the crate is still robust and well suited for demanding use in the field. It is also available in any color combination, and companies can have their logos placed on them. This crate can, therefore, perfectly match any company's corporate identity.
