Kubo acquires Peter Dekker Installations

Peter Dekker Installations has been taken over by the KUBO group. PDI has been the exclusive screen installation supplier to KUBO for many years.

Peter Dekker: "We have been doing business with KUBO for many years and experience this cooperation as very good. We trust each other fully, and we know we can count on each other. The employees have been working together for years as well. We have been partners for years, but now we are saying 'I do' to each other. Last year, KUBO joined forces with NPM Capital to further develop greenhouse concepts. This made us think about which steps we should take as a company, after which we entered into discussion with YEALD to guide us in this. With this choice, the company and its staff have a future."

"PDI will simply remain PDI," says Wouter Kuiper, director of the KUBO Group. "PDI has its own strong company culture and its own unique customers. PDI, like KUBO, is a family business. We want to preserve this for the future."

The current management will remain in place and retain a minority stake in the company. Last year, KUBO itself sold a minority stake to NPM Capital (itself part of a family business).
