May 18 - 19, Netherlands:

What will robotics and AI bring to greenhouse horticulture: today and tomorrow?

Experience this during RoboCrops 2022, the international robotics event in the World Horti Center, where global leaders in greenhouse horticulture and the high-tech community meet to discuss real-life challenges and potential high-tech solutions.

On May 18 and 19, FME, World Horti Center and InnovationQuarter are organizing the annual RoboCrops event. This event, packed with an English-spoken program, is designed for global innovative companies from the horticulture and high-tech sectors, who come together to make meaningful connections around current challenges and potential high-tech solutions.

May 18: today
During this day, the focus is on applications in greenhouse horticulture that are (almost) commercially available. Developers of greenhouse robots can pitch their state-of-the-art solutions. Presenting robotic companies include Gearbox, PATS, Priva, VDL ETG, Certhon – DENSO, Sobolt, Inaho, Blue Radix and HortiKey. Maarten Steinbuch, Dirk Alleven and Peter Jens are scheduled for inspiring keynotes about robots, data and AI. In addition, there is plenty of networking opportunity throughout the day.

May 19: tomorrow
On this day, the focus will be on more future-oriented solutions. Think of bringing together all the different data sources and technologies within a horticultural company. Top speakers from, among others: Wageningen University & Research and TU Delft will talk about the future of working in horticulture, AI, 5G, Digital Twins, ethics and the use of soft robotics. Developers of greenhouse robots and AI are also present on this day to discuss future developments, new systems and business models.
