Initially scheduled for January 11th-13th, 2022, SIVAL will instead take place from the 15th to 17th of March. The decision was taken by the organizers in the face of the new Covid wave and the expansion of the Omicron variant.
“This deteriorating health situation is impacting the economic actors. With the peak of contaminations, many exhibitors expressed their concerns about the organization and the difficulty to mobilize visitors under such circumstances.”
In this context, in order to guarantee everyone’s safety and the possibility for exhibitors and partners to optimize their participation, Christophe Béchu, mayor of Angers, Mathilde Favre d’Anne, president of Destination Angers, and Bruno Dupont, president of SIVAL have taken the decision to reschedule the next edition of SIVAL to the month of March. SIVAL 2022 will take place from March 15th to 17th 2022.
