Following the results of the conciliation meeting with the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation re-introduced the draft resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation “On amendments to annex no. 8 to the state program for the development of agriculture and regulation of markets for agricultural products, raw materials and food, approved by Government Resolution No. 717 of July 14, 2012”. The changes introduced to provide for the attribution of the production of vegetables of closed soil produced using the technology of additional illumination to the priority areas of the agro-industrial complex.
Within the framework of this state support, the following criteria will be provided, developed by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, proposed by the Association Greenhouses of Russia.
