Mr. Vladimir Golubev, the stockholder of the Adamant holding, an owner of the commercial real estate has become the winner of the auction, where 100% of LLC Spetsstroykompania shares was offered.
Mr. Golubev noted that the acquisition is his private investment, not related to Adamant holding. According to the businessman, the enterprise will be engaged in all-year strawberry growing.
Currently, LLC Spetsstroykompania is a greenhouse complex, specialized in rose growing. The complex occupies 24 ha, the construction of the second phase of 12 ha is in progress. By 2021 Mr. Golubev is aiming at reaching the greenhouse acreage of 50 ha. He has not specified what produce is planned to be grown there.
