Pukekohe farm environment plan workshop for greenhouse growers 27th July

TomatoesNZ, together with Vegetables NZ and Horticulture NZ, is hosting a workshop on developing farm environment plans for greenhouse growers in the morning on Tuesday 27th July.
Details are:

10.30am-12.30pm – workshop at Pukekohe Indian Community Centre, 59 Ward Street

This workshop will present the findings of a greenhouse case study, and step through the Guideline for Greenhouse Nutrient Solution Discharge and a Environment Management System (EMS) Farm Environment Plan template for greenhouse growers.

This will be followed by lunch 12.30-1pm, and then an update from 1-2pm on the proposed Natural and Built Environments Act which is proposed as the main replacement for the Resource Management Act (RMA).
