In a short period of time, Dutch Lighting Innovations has gained a lot of ground within the international grow light industry. Arjan Pauw of DLI: “We often hear from customers that in this market they do not always receive the service and attention they are looking for. And that is exactly what we would like to change! By providing our services in a quick, personal, and, most importantly, professional way, we try to make a difference in this competitive market.”

Dutch Lighting Innovations recently moved to their new headquarters in Aalsmeer. “That was absolutely necessary, we had simply outgrown our previous building. Now that we also produce our fixtures in-house, we badly needed the extra square meters. In order to be able to realize all projects now and in the future, expansion was necessary,” says Arjan Pauw. The building has been designed in such a way that all existing and future markets can be provided with innovative grow light installations. “The new building meets all current and future safety standards; this way our people can continue to work in a healthy and pleasant environment,” explains Arjan Pauw.
Team expansion
Not only the building has been scaled up, but the team has also been expanded considerably. In addition to the familiar faces Pepijn Looijaard, Dennis Janmaat, Arjan Pauw, Jan Mulder and Pim van Eijk, DLI has added no fewer than five new members to their team: Sales Manager Benelux Martin van Ginkel, Production Manager Patrick Hoorn, Finance Manager Elsbeth Schoone, Sales & Back Office employee Robert Jansen and Sales Manager Retail Axel Besselink . “In order to be able to provide our current and future customers with professional advice at all times, reinforcement was needed. Quick handling and personal contact is important to us, that is where you can really make the difference as a company,” says Arjan Pauw.
And DLI is not intending to rest, on the contrary: “We cannot tell too much about it yet, but we have some very interesting projects in the pipeline. Our company is called Dutch Lighting Innovations for a reason. We always continue to innovate and develop,” Arjan Pauw concludes.
