Harvest starts in algae greenhouse

A Dutch greenhouse set up a sizable algae crop under glass last year. Last week they harvested, for the first time with a vibrating sieve, the growers share on LinkedIn.

The systems have been in operation, without fail, since the end of October.  "In total we harvested 6.000L of culture from 2 of our systems in production yielding 230 L of concentrate containing 24 kg of dry high value biomass," the growers share.
