The Tula complex for year-round growing of vegetables became the best investment project in October in the Russian Federation.
The Tulsky greenhouse complex was recognized as the best investment project in October by the Invest Foresight business magazine. This is the largest greenhouse production in the Central Federal District, which also gives the region jobs.
The publication reports that the choice was made among 35 projects with an investment volume of more than 1 billion rubles from different regions of the country. First of all, experts assessed the volume of investments, as well as the synergistic effect that the economy of the region could receive if this project is implemented. In addition, the degree of project readiness was important. As a result, the Tulsky greenhouse complex was recognized as the best by all criteria.
The investment project will be implemented in 3 stages. The first stage has now been completed. During the construction, domestic metal structures, profiles and components were used, made, among other things, at the enterprises of the Tula region. The total amount of investments in the implementation of all stages of the project will amount to about 25 billion rubles. Upon completion of all works, the Tulsky greenhouse complex will become one of the largest and most modern agricultural enterprises in the Central Federal District.
