Fruit and vegetable differentiating formats gain market

Constant innovation has led the agricultural sector to adapt to the new demands of consumers by developing innovative healthy, high-nutritional, great-tasting products. One of the latest trends is mini-sized fruits and vegetables, which are conquering the market with their differentiating format.

Variants of the traditional
In addition to the mini formats, companies dedicated to the agricultural sector seek to differentiate themselves with variants of traditional products that maintain their healthy value. Unexport aroused the interest of its customers at Berlin's Fruit Logistica 2020 with Redi, a vegetable from the broccoli family that has a characteristic purple color in its shoots and an intense flavor that adds originality and can help differentiate any dish. It has more antioxidants, high content of vitamin C, and can be cooked in many different ways (raw, grilled, steamed, etc.) making any recipe slightly sweeter and giving it a striking flavor.
