Following the introduction of the LED TopLight fixture, now Dutch Lighting Innovations introduces the improved DLI HORTI fixture. A major focal point was the cooling of the critical components on the electronic ballast. With the in-house development of this fixture, DLI says it sets 'a new standard' in the horticultural sector.
You may think that Dutch Lighting Innovations is a new player in the already crowded lighting market, but on the contrary: DLI has been around for more than 5 years already and the DLI team has a tremendous experience in the horticulture and grow lighting industry.

Arjan Pauw: “With this experience, our engineers critically looked at all parts of the HPS fixture. And with success! The used material and the tight fit ensures a good heat transfer from the electronic ballast to the housing.”
Cool
By placing the critical parts of the ballast at the top of the housing, the air flowing over the housing ensures an optimal cooling of the electronics. Independent tests show that this results in the coolest fixture on the market, which result in great reliability and a long service life.
Uniformity
Efficiency and uniformity was the assignment to the company's engineers, Dennis says. "The design of the efficient DLI Reflector ensures a uniform light spread throughout the entire greenhouse resulting in an even grow of the plants."
Arjan Pauw continues: “Our improved fixture is specifically designed to meet the high demands of our customers. The fixture is solid yet compact and with a choice of a deep or wide (open) reflector suitable for all types of greenhouses and crops.”
Chances on the HPS market
