Recently Robert-Jan de Goeij joined as commercial director (CCO) and shareholder to the management of Codema. The total supplier of essential horticultural solutions was not unknown to De Goeij. As an industry partner from previous positions at Dalsem and Megaphoton, he already had a link with Codema.

After his training at Nyenrode Business University and several management positions abroad, a job in horticulture came by chance into the path of Robert-Jan de Goeij. First at greenhouse builder Dalsem and then at Megaphoton, supplier of assimilation lighting. What attracted him as a 'horticultural' alien to our sector? "The international aspect and the leading position that the Netherlands plays in this world immediately attracted me. I also found the enormous knowledge of the people who operate in this market very special. I am proud to work with my team to give Codema a leading place in that world."
Managing Director Marcel Koolen is excited about the arrival of Codema's new commercial director.
