Nature Fresh Farms hopes to deliver similar experience at United Fresh digital show

Meeting face-to-face can be critical in building trust

Next week, Nature Fresh Farms will be exhibiting at United Fresh’ virtual trade show. “We are very excited to support United Fresh and share this unique experience of the first virtual produce tradeshow with the rest of the industry,” says Sarah Krzysik with the company. “Since the onset of COVID-19, we have had to adjust our expectations for tradeshow events. However, we still see it as a valuable opportunity to explore a new way of reaching potential customers. A virtual event seems to be a reasonable measure of protecting communities, while still connecting with new groups of customers.”

Trade shows are sensory
How does Nature Fresh Farms prepare for a virtual tradeshow? “Familiarization with the virtual platform is very important so we can learn how to take full advantage of the resources it offers,” Krzysik commented. “This is a new experience for everyone and understanding how to use it effectively to reach out to industry partners will be the biggest factor.” Trade shows are very sensory with attendees and exhibitors getting to experience the atmosphere of the show floor with the dynamic attributes of the booths to draw people in. “Being able to look and taste the product or meeting face-to-face to build new partnerships, can be critical to building trust. We prepare by examining how we can deliver that same experience through this type of digital platform.”

Expecting a broader audience
For Nature Fresh Farms, past United Fresh tradeshows have always been a great opportunity to reach retail buyers and make connections with individuals and organizations in the industry. “The virtual tradeshow will be an all-new experience with the same goal; to reach our customers and meet prospective buyers. With this year’s show being free for registrants we expect a broader audience with more attendees from outside of the industry looking to experience a produce tradeshow.”

Featured products during the week of June 15 will be Red Cherry on-the-vine and Orange Cherry-on-the-vine tomatoes. Make sure to check out the company’s booth.
