A healthy token of appreciation from horticulture towards care givers

Growers and Grodan joined forces to deliver a so-called 'Do Good Bag' to 500 healthcare professionals from the Elkerliek Hospital in Helmond.

The ‘Do Good Bag’ contains the following products:

  • Tasty Tom tomatoes and Tasty Tom Gold tomatoes from Vereijken Nurseries in Beek en Donk
  • Snack peppers from Kwekerij Verberne in Horst
  • Boosty Bites cucumbers from Wijnen Square Crops in Grubbenvorst

The initiator of the action is Marketing Manager at Grodan, Dennis Arnts: “In these times it is very nice to do something together with customers for the people who are on the front line of the Corona crisis, namely our healthcare professionals. It is inspiring to see how you can implement an idea in such a short time. The employees of the Elkerliek hospital responded enthusiastically on this healthy action. That’s what we do it for!”

With this initiative, growers and Grodan want to provide the necessary vitamins and express their support and pride towards the hospital.
