Adama Spain and Plant Response close distribution agreement for biostimulant Cybelion

Adama and Plant Response signed an exclusive distribution agreement for the biostimulant Cybelion. ADAMA Spain will distribute the product developed by Plant Response.

Cybelion is a biostimulant of fungal origin developed as a result of more than seven years of Research and Development efforts by Plant Response. Cybelion optimizes the yield potential of crops, enhancing their resilience and tolerance to challenging growing conditions. The efficacy of Cybelion was tested in multiple crops, showing the best performance in vegetables. Moreover, Cybelion is authorised for use in organic crop production systems and also by Demeter growers and processors in biodynamic agricultural systems.

Francisco Javier García Domínguez, EMEA Director of Plant Response, highlights “Plant Response is committed to science-based research so that growers can benefit from the latest generation of agrobiotechnology-based products. Following through on this commitment, we strategically partnered with Adama, achieving wide commercial coverage through their powerful distribution network in Spain”.

Adama includes Cybelion under their brand “Verde Vivo”, a new portfolio family from Adama which includes biostimulants and biocontrol products based on new technologies. In the words of Marketing Director Adama Spain, Jaime Robredo, “Cybelion is one of the key pillars for developing this new product line we want to offer to growers. We are focused on providing solutions adapted to the ever-changing needs of growers and we wish to expand the collaboration with Plant Response in the near future.”
