Bio Campojoyma has become the world-leading producer of organic Chinese cabbage, with a production of 5 million pieces in this campaign. The organic farming company has 35 hectares devoted to this production in Abla and Abrucena, two Almeria towns located on the north face of the Sierra Nevada.

The crop is cultivated from December to April
Bio Campojoyma cultivates organic Chinese cabbage from December to April in a natural environment, on the slopes of Sierra Nevada, following the biodynamic agriculture model, certified by Demeter.
