Novel Farm is the event dedicated to innovative cultivation systems linked to Aqua Farm. It was organized last month at the Pordenone fair and counted many exhibitors and events.
The fair gives lots of space to innovative ideas presented by Universities and young businesses. There is even a competition for Urban Farm-like projects to valorize disused urban environments thanks to soilless crops.
The innovations presented on 19th February 2020 included nickel and histamine-free tomato and strawberry hydroponic crops under the FruitHydroSinni brand.

Ivan Santarcangelo and Anna Cirigliano presented the company, located in Policoro (MT), which chose a new way to stand out. Not just hydroponic crops, but also a technique that guarantees the absence of nickel and histamine.

Alessandro Orlandi also took part in the convention and described hydroponic tomato production in Ostellato (Ferrara) and the birth of the new H2Orto brand.
