What do you want to do after a long day on a trade-show? Dive into a deep talk about techniques, business and market developments, or grab a beer and have some fun with friends from the industry? The last is what the organizers of the Berlin Party were sure of and so they invited growers and suppliers to a fancy venue in Berlin to have a nice evening after a busy day on the Fruit Logistica.
Hosted by Alumat Zeeman, Cultilene, Enza Zaden, GreenTech/RAI, Priva, Oerlemans Packaging, Ludvig Svensson, Van Dijk Heating and organised by Jochem Wolthuis with the Duitsland Desk Agri & Food, over 350 people from the horticultural industry united in Wasserwerk for the Berlin Party.

The old water pumping station was very popular and even lent itself to a spectacular balancing act by co-organiser Bert Strikkers. Following that a joyfull evening took place and since we promised to stop taking photos after the dancing started, our camera's stopped clicking at 11:30 - even though the party lasted some hours more. Yet there's still enough people to be spotted so please, take a look at our photo report.
