2019 was a good year for De Gier Systems. Investments were made in new products, the improvement of production, and assembly lines. Managing Director Rob Sandberg is satisfied: “The last couple of years we have seen tremendous growth and are very proud of it. The investments we have made are a guarantee for the future in which we see even further growth. We are ready for it.”

Customer satisfaction research
Sales & Marketing director Wouter Heezen: “The results of the Customer satisfaction research provide us with the knowledge needed to improve the service we offer our customers. De Gier Drive Systems scored the highest in multiple categories when compared to competitors, for instance, in sales, reliability of deliverance, question response time, warranty period and lifespan, customer focus, and the trust in the relationship.
We are especially motivated to improve and develop even further. At the moment, we are working on multiple improvement points, such as online and offline product information.”
Many customers took part in the research. To improve the responses, an iPad was raffled among the participants of the research. The iPad was awarded to Martijn van Winden of Kubo. Martijn van Winden, the Service manager at Kubo and Nathalie van den Ende, visited De Gier Drive Systems to receive the iPad.
The opportunity was, of course, also used to show the two around the completely renovated factory. Martijn: “It is amazing to see how De Gier Drive Systems has developed and that everything is produced in-house.”
