Sakata to showcase oriental range

Sakata is will highlight oriental crops for the 2020 Fruit Logistica edition. For 3 days, visitors will be invited to taste all Sakata’s varieties on show as well as other products (butternut, snack tomato, cabbage, snack pepper…) in Sakata’s extensive range. One chef will propose live cooking session to highlight the taste of the oriental products such as edamame, pak choi or bunching onion. Stir-fried udon noodle with veggies, Tokyo Bowl and sweet potato, pak choi and edamame salad will be proposed all day long.

Visitors can take the opportunity to learn more about SAKATA's latest introductions of Edamame, Dame Hanaé, Bunching Onion, Buzi F1 and Pack Choi, Joi Choi F1 and Yang Qing Choi F1 and Chinese Cabbage Kiseki F1.

 

 

 

 

The Sakata team will be available at Stand B11 in Hall 8.2. A team of more than 50 representatives from Sakata – specialists in the breeding and marketing of high value vegetable seeds for the European, Middle Eastern and African (EMEA) markets – will be at Fruit Logistica over the week. They will focus on promoting the newest developments to retailers, processing companies, distributors, growers and other potential business partners.
