Malaysian technologies are attracted to the agricultural sector of Uzbekistan

Representatives of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Malaysia met with the Executive Director of CIMES International Sdn. Bhd. Mohd Arshad, in the framework of which issues of further development of bilateral trade, economic and investment cooperation in the field of agriculture were discussed, Dunyo reports.

Founded in 1994, CIMES International Sdn. Bhd. It is engaged in the cultivation of fruits and vegetables using irrigation water and energy-saving technologies, including for export to the countries of Southeast Asia. The agricultural enterprise of the company is located in the state of Selangor.

During the conversation, the Malaysian side was informed in detail about the Strategy for the Development of Agriculture of the Republic for 2020-2030, approved by the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
