Since August 1st, horticultural consultancy firm Lycopersicon has added a new face: Steven Van Nuffelen. He will take on the position of tomato crop consultant and will take over the clientele from Gerrit Hendrickx, who will retire at the end of 2019.
Steven has gained experience over the past 14 years at a tomato nursery, where he with the necessary perseverance and ambition took on various positions. For example, previously he was responsible for, among other things, labor planning, climate control and the cultivation.
Nowadays, he is an expert in tailor-made cultivation from the customer and general business operations. An ideal match for Lycopersicon. “With Steven's arrival, we know that Gerrit's clientele is in good hands. Thanks to his experience of the past years, Steven will be able to give qualitative and thorough advice to both our existing and new customers,” according to Dirk Coucke, manager of Lycopersicon.
