What was supposed to be a simple transportation job, nearly ended up being a disaster for the brand new 18 ton weighing glazing machine owned by Henry van der Lans. During transportation, the machine almost keeled over, which would have resulted in the complete breakdown of the new machine.
In the end, the crisis was averted. However, a lot of work went into getting the machine back on its feet as can be seen on the pictures on Westlanders.nu. After the rescue operation, the glazing machine was loaded onto another transportation truck and safely made it to its destination.
The machine one week before it almost broke.
