Visitors to the Russian Army 2019 show were treated to an interesting sight: a Russian main battle tank slicing fruit into pieces with an attached blade. The exhibition reportedly took place at Kubinka, outside Moscow.
The video shows a Russian T-80U main battle tank with a 125-millimeter barrel gun, eminently suitable for taking out its opponents at long ranges. However, for this demonstration, the tank was fitted with a decidedly low-tech weapon. The tank proceeded to slice up a watermelon, a Russian pear and an apple.
