The Canadian Horticultural Council has just published the latest video in their Heartbeat international farm workers awareness campaign: "The Unshakable Bond."
The bond between farmers and international farm workers relies on a sense of mutual trust and respect. Together, they take the time to get to know one another on a level that goes beyond the farm field - they become part of each other's families. Farm owners ask for the latest news from back home, meet their family members, and celebrate in successes, big and small.
