Codema announced the appointment of Marie-Claire Reuver to the position of European Sales Operations Manager, based in Bergschenhoek. In this role she will give functional direction to Sales Europe and oversee the effective and efficient performance of sales processes.

Codema wants to achieve significant national and international growth in the coming years. They believe, with her management background in multinational organizations, Marie-Claire is the ideal person to support and strengthen Codema’s growth.
Optimizing sales processes
Marie-Claire has worked for a variety of multinational telecommunications organizations in different countries and continents, e.g. in Africa, in various Eastern European countries and in Germany. Marie-Claire will further scope and implement the sales processes within Codema and maintain relationships with internal and external customers. Her affinity with horticulture goes back to her early years when she lived in ‘s-Gravenzande. When she was younger, she pollinated and picked tomatoes and pruned carnations.
